At McGarity’s Restaurant & Irish Pub in Eureka Springs, we bring together cooked-to-order Irish and American food, generous portions, and welcoming tableside service. We’re a husband-and-wife-run, veteran-owned restaurant at 2070 E. Van Buren, and we would love to be part of your evening.
Planning a late dinner? Our kitchen stays open until 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. You can settle in for a meal after a full day exploring Eureka Springs, rather than making do with just a drink or a snack.

You don’t have to agree on dinner to have a good night out. One of you might want seafood while the other has a favorite comfort-food dish in mind. Our menu gives you both plenty to choose from, including dedicated vegan and vegetarian selections.
Start with Something to Share
Our Irish Reuben Egg Rolls are house-made with corned beef and sauerkraut, with Thousand Island dressing on the side. Or try Irish Cheddar Pub Cheese, a house-made aged-cheddar dip served with two large soft Bavarian pretzels. Both give you something to enjoy together while you choose your entrées.
Irish Favorites and American Comfort Food
Shepherd’s/Cottage Pie combines beef, lamb, vegetables, and house-made gravy under mashed potatoes. Irish Bangers & Mash brings traditional Irish sausages to the table with mashed potatoes and grilled cabbage with bacon. If you’re in the mood for an American favorite, our Steakhouse Burger is crafted from real, coarsely chopped steak, and our Chicken Fried Steak comes with house-made white country gravy.
Seafood for Your Evening Out
White Wine Salmon, Garlic Shrimp Pasta, and our hand-packed jumbo lump Crab Cakes offer a few more ways to make dinner your own. McGarity’s Guinness Fish, Shrimp & Chips pairs Guinness-battered cod with house-breaded shrimp and seasoned fries. Cocktails, Wine, and Dessert for Two
Choose from our craft beers, wine list, Guinness on draft, and signature cocktails. The Irish Maid combines Jameson, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and cucumber; the Garden of Ireland brings together Empress 1908 gin, triple sec, lemon juice, and mint. If you prefer an evening without alcohol, our menu also includes non-alcoholic beer, coffee, hot tea, and other drinks.
Leave a little room if you can. Our shareable desserts include five-layer carrot cake, lemon cake, and chocolate selections. A dessert and a cup of freshly ground coffee are a lovely way to finish dinner together.
Late-Night Dining in Eureka Springs: Our Kitchen Hours
Our kitchen is open whenever the restaurant is open, right up to our posted closing time. These are our regular hours, all in Central Time:
- Monday through Thursday: 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Friday and Saturday: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Sunday: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
That means dinner is available until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and until 10 p.m. the rest of the week. If your evening runs later than planned, you can still order a freshly cooked meal before closing. Prefer a daytime date? We serve lunch Friday through Sunday. Planning dinner with other couples? For parties of seven or more, call 479-363-6038 during our opening hours so our staff can discuss availability. If a night in sounds better, pickup is available through our website; we do not offer delivery.
Different Dietary Needs at the Same Table
Our vegan and vegetarian menu includes choices such as Killarney Garden Pesto Pasta and Limerick Vegan French Dip, alongside the Irish and American favorites on our main menu. Gluten-free pasta options are available too.
Please tell your server about every allergy or dietary restriction before ordering, including Alpha-Gal Syndrome (AGS). We use a shared kitchen, and shared equipment and fryer cross-contact may occur. Our chef makes the final decision about what can be prepared safely for your needs. Do we need a reservation?
Reservations are recommended, but not required. Walk-ins are welcome. Use our online reservation or waitlist links to plan your visit; table availability and wait times can change.
Can we order dinner after 9 p.m.?
Yes. Our full kitchen serves until 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday during our regular schedule.
Can one of us eat vegan or vegetarian while the other orders from the main menu?
Absolutely. You can each choose the meal you want. Please review the menu’s ingredient and shared-fryer notices and discuss any allergies with your server before ordering.
