McGarity’s Restaurant & Irish Pub currently has a Server/Bartender vacancy in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
We are seeking a professional, dependable team player who shares our commitment to attentive and knowledgeable hospitality. This role combines table and bar service, requiring accurate orders, strong menu knowledge, responsible alcohol service, and careful attention to guests’ needs. Strong teamwork means communicating clearly, supporting colleagues, and helping service run smoothly. Successful applicants remain composed during busy periods and take ownership of delivering a consistently welcoming guest experience.
