McGarity’s Restaurant & Irish Pub is accepting applications for Server/Bartender and Host positions in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.

We are seeking a professional, dependable team player who shares our commitment to attentive and knowledgeable hospitality. This role combines table and bar service, requiring accurate orders, strong menu knowledge, responsible alcohol service, and careful attention to guests’ needs. Strong teamwork means communicating clearly, supporting colleagues, and helping service run smoothly. Successful applicants remain composed during busy periods and take ownership of delivering a consistently welcoming guest experience.

Host

Our hosts help every visit start with a welcoming first impression. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, answering phones, taking to-go orders, and mastering Toast Tables to manage seating and reservations. We’re looking for friendly, organized team players who communicate clearly and help keep service running smoothly.

Experience preferred, but not required.

Compensation will be discussed if you are selected to advance in the hiring process.
