Responsibilities include properly cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment while keeping the dish area orderly. Strong teamwork means communicating with the kitchen, helping colleagues, and maintaining a steady workflow. Successful applicants demonstrate dependable attendance, careful handling of equipment, and consistent attention to sanitation and safety during busy service.
